What is TeamX Youth NFL Style Flag Football?

TeamX Flag Football is an exciting 40 minute, fast paced game of 5-on-5 flag football. The game is played on a 70 x 30 yard field. There is no contact and every player is an eligible receiver. Each team has a maximum of 11 players. Ages for TeamX Flag Football is 5 to 17.

TeamX offers Flag Football in the Spring at the Velodrome North Field . Games are played on Saturdays and start times begin at 8am, 9am, 10am, 11 am, 12pm,   and  1PM..  Please note, 13U and 17u  teams may travel to other TeamX locations. . 

• Every player is valued - coaches are mentored in the importance of being role models and agree to embrace the TeamX philosophy of treating every player with dignity and respect.

• Fun and Safety - Kids can request teammates and are honored on first come basis when possible , enjoy upbeat music, and everyone plays an equal amount of time regardless of ability

• Family Friendly- family time is valued and as such, practices are limited to once a week and game times kept to under 1 hour.  , values of sportsmanship, respect, and fair play are taught and reinforced      FALL Season 2023  (Subject to Change)

• Anticipated age brackets will be  U8 (8 yr old and under ), 10U (9 and 10 yr old), and 13U(  11 , 12,  and 13 yr old) and 17U (14,15, 16,and 17 yr old)  - this  age bracket may travel to TeamX locations for games

• Games will start TBD .  Rain dates will be scheduled on  a Sunday afternoon as needed.   Practice will start two weeks prior to the first game.  Practices are limited to 2 hrs a week until games start.  Once games start practice is limited to 1 hr once a week..  Coaches may practice during the week or 1 hour prior to game time. .
