Practice Policy:
Teams will be allowed to practice for 1 hour a week during the season. Location and Times are up to the Head Coach.

It is very important for you to be accurate when making your YNFL Jersey Size selection. All Jersey purchases are final. This is the NFL fulfillment center policy. When completing your registration please be accurate with your height and weight, this ensures that when we review your order we can be confident in pointing out discrepancies.
Please use the sizing chart and the general weight trends that we have compiled from others when deciding which size jersey to order. It is also helpful if you have a jersey from a previous season to try that one on to gauge the size you will need for the current season.
The weight guide below was compiled based on how most people ordered their jerseys. It is provided for you as a guide. Some prefer tighter fitting jerseys others prefer more loosely fitting jerseys. ALL JERSEY SIZE SELECTIONS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PERSON MAKING THE SELECTION.

35lbs to 45lbs (top end 50 to 55lbs) – Youth Small
50lbs to 65lbs (top end 70 to 75lbs)– Youth Medium
70lbs to 85lbs (top end 90 to 95lbs)– Youth Large
90lbs to 115lbs (top end 120lbs) – Youth Extra Large
Adult Sizes:
120lbs to 140lbs (top end 145lbs) Adult Medium
145lbs to 160lbs (top end 165lbs) – Adult Large
